Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Book My Consultation — Slot Booking Service

1. Overview

This policy governs the refund and rescheduling terms for the “Book My Consultation” service offered by Subsidy4India. When you book a consultation slot, you are reserving the time and expertise of our compliance specialists. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

2. Consultation Slot Booking — Payment Terms

When you pay for a “Book My Consultation” slot:

  • Your payment confirms a reserved consultation slot with our expert.
  • The slot fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
  • The payment is adjustable against our OTM or FSM service fees (see Section 4).

   3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. Here is how rescheduling works:

You may reschedule your consultation date once within 30 days from the date of payment, subject to availability of our experts.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your booked slot.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability at the time of the request.
  • Requests made after 30 days from the date of payment will not be entertained.
  • No-shows (missing your slot without prior notice) will be treated as a completed consultation and no rescheduling will be offered.

4. Adjustment Against Service Fees

Your consultation fee is not wasted — it can be adjusted against the cost of our full services:

If you sign up for our OTM (One Time Money) or FSM (Full Service Management) service within 90 days from the date of your consultation payment, the consultation fee will be fully adjusted against the service fee.

  • This adjustment applies only if you sign up within 90 days from the date of consultation payment.
  • The adjustment is applicable to both OTM and FSM service packages.
  • The adjustment is non-transferable and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount.

5. Refund Policy

Our consultation slot fee is non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Once the consultation has been completed.
  • If you do not show up for your booked slot (no-show).
  • If the rescheduling window of 30 days has expired.
  • If you cancel the booking at your own discretion.
