A. SCPL Full Service Management — The 10-Stage Process

Stage 1 — Scheme Identification SCPL conducts a comprehensive mapping of all relevant Central and State Government assistance schemes applicable to your manufacturing or expansion project identifying every opportunity your business qualifies for.

Stage 2 — Eligibility Assessment SCPL performs a structured eligibility analysis across identified schemes, determining which programmes offer the strongest alignment with your project profile. Where applicable, we assess eligibility across multiple concurrent schemes.

Stage 3 — Bank Loan & Sanction Management We manage the bank loan application and sanction process end-to-end a mandatory prerequisite for Central Government subsidy schemes. SCPL liaises with the lending institution to ensure the sanction is obtained correctly and on time.

Stage 4 — Application & Documentation SCPL prepares, compiles, and submits the complete subsidy application with all requisite supporting documentation structured for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and maximum approval probability.

Stage 5 — In-Principle Approval (IPA) We pursue and secure In-Principle Approval from the sanctioning authority on your behalf the formal government approval that authorises commencement of your project under the scheme.

Stage 6 — Project Commencement Advisory Upon receipt of IPA, SCPL advises on the correct initiation of project activities ensuring all commencement procedures align with scheme conditions and standard government protocols.

Stage 7 — First Disbursement SCPL manages the claim, filing, and follow-up for your first subsidy tranche coordinating directly with the relevant authority to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.

Stage 8 — Project Completion & Site Verification We coordinate the project completion process and facilitate site inspections conducted by the respective government agencies ensuring full compliance and readiness for subsequent disbursements.

Stage 9 — Milestone-Based Disbursements SCPL tracks and manages all subsequent subsidy releases tied to project milestones — ensuring each tranche is claimed accurately, submitted on schedule, and received without procedural delays.

Stage 10 — Compliance & Scheme Continuity We ensure ongoing adherence to all subsidy terms and conditions throughout the scheme tenure protecting your disbursement entitlement and eliminating exposure to clawback provisions or penal interest liability.

C. FSM (Full service managment ) Slab based fees as % of the total subsidy amount

1. ₹2 – 10 Cr – 7 % fee OF THE TOTAL SUBSIDY ( 1% on the senction out of that & rest on the disbursement )
2. ₹10 – 50 Cr – 6 % fee OF THE TOTAL SUBSIDY ( 1% on the senction out of that & rest on the disbursement )
3. ₹50 Cr + – 5 % fee OF THE TOTAL SUBSIDY ( 1% on the senction out of that & rest on the disbursement )
