  1. Subsidy4India is a division of Scinnovation Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (SCPL). It is not affiliated with any Government of India or State Government organisation and does not itself provide subsidies, funding or loans. It facilitates them.
  2. If you have reached Subsidy4India.com looking for a government body, please visit the relevant central or state government website.
  3. We help agri and food-based companies, FPOs, entrepreneurs and farmers avail subsidies.
  4. We charge our commission on the amount of subsidy, not on the full capital amount.
  5. Our commission is taken on the saving. For example, on an interest subsidy of 3% on a bank loan of up to ₹2 crore, our commission applies to that 3% returned to your account.
  6. We do not market your company, individuals, FPO or farmers. Our core business is obtaining subsidies from the Government of India for you.
  7. We help foreign companies avail subsidies and carbon credits in India.
  8. We cannot be held responsible for any default at a customer's end.
  9. We follow government rules and cannot be pushed by a client for disbursement that is delayed by an emergency at the government's end.
  10. If a client attempts to avoid paying our commission, legal action will be taken.
